The Birth of Light – Where Resonance Begins
01REsonance is the central axis of the series In the Beginning was the Sound—a visual and conceptual journey into the birth of light, vibration, and motion. Starting from the still moment before light and sound, this series traces the first resonance that shaped the visible world. From primordial geometry to immersive canvases, it reveals how the invisible became visible, and how silence turned into vibration.
And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. And God saw that the light was good. And God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.

From Chaos to Structure
These two drawings mark the initial attempt to give structure to the formless—the invisible movement before time began. They visualize the core idea of 00DOminus (darkness and water) and 01REsonance (the birth of light) through layered geometry and vibrations. Circles, heptagons, and standing waves emerge as the first blueprint of order from chaos.
Together, they form the foundation for later large-scale paintings where these geometric codes are inscribed onto canvas. This stage is not a conclusion but a point of departure—where primordial energy finds its form through resonance and symmetry.
Water & Darkness – The First Division
Before the emergence of light, there was water and darkness. These drawings explore the earliest state of separation—the moment when vibration began to form structure on the surface of water, and when darkness started to part in anticipation of light
Through standing waves, mirrored contrasts, and subtle divisions, this series captures the silent transformation of the formless. Geometric repetition and fine lines give shape to the unseen boundary between night and day.
This is where resonance first touches time—where light is not yet visible, but its presence is beginning to stir.
Resonance of Light – Visualizing Vibration
In this section, the focus shifts to the moment when vibration becomes visible as light.
These drawings explore the idea that light is not only a physical phenomenon but also a resonant structure—a harmonic vibration that brings order to chaos. Using precise geometry and symmetrical waveforms, the works visualize how light emerges as rhythm, unfolding in circular, vertical, and concentric patterns. Yellow, often used to signify light in this series, runs like a thread through each drawing, dividing and connecting elements, and hinting at the vibratory origin of creation.
Here, resonance is not just heard—it is seen.
From Drawing to Painting – Transferring Resonance
This final section traces the transition from conceptual blueprint to large-scale realization. The initial drawing brings together the core structures of 00DOminus and 01REsonance, functioning as a symphonic sketch where wave, geometry, and light are precisely aligned. From this plan emerge two monumental canvases that translate mathematical clarity into vibrant presence. Yellow and multicolored lines extend like frequencies made visible, while layered pigments suggest the birth of light through vibration and darkness.
Together, these works complete the arc—from invisible resonance to embodied illumination.
On the second day, the formless waters are divided—above and below. What follows is not only a physical separation, but a miraculous inversion of what we understand as natural law. The silence that once hovered now begins to part.

Artist Notes
“Let there be light.”
As that first utterance echoed through the void, the still wave began to tremble. Invisible energy turned into vibration, vibration into light— and through that separation, form began to emerge from darkness.
I wanted to visualize that very moment. Waves radiating from the center of a sacred heptagon, overlaid with layers of luminous color.
The yellow light gathers toward the core, while blackness envelops it like a veil—part shadow, part shield.
Each appearing line and dot seems to signal the birth of something new.
Light is not just brightness. It is the first resonance that awakens silence.
A trembling that marks the beginning of all creation.
